PURPOSE
“But flee youthful lusts, and pursue righteousness, faith, love, peace with those who call on the Lord out of a pure heart.” –2 Timothy 2:22
The goal of the Summer College Training is to perfect God-loving and Christ-pursuing college students in the areas of biblical truth, experience of life, gospel preaching, and character development, all with a view to molding them into useful vessels in the Lord’s hands for the building up of His Body.
The training provides a sanctified atmosphere in which young people receive spiritual infusion through ministry messages, group fellowship, and individual study. All teachings in the training are based upon the ministry of the Lord’s recovery. Corporate and personal prayers and various life practices are strongly emphasized. In addition, trainees also have the opportunity to blend with their peers from across the nation and some foreign countries. This seven-day training will render untold benefit to a college student whose heart seeks first the kingdom of God!
SUBJECT
The Epistle of Galatians exposes religion more than any other book in the New Testament. The religious world is the “present evil age” because it tries to worship God and please God without Christ. However, Paul’s intention in writing Galatians was not merely to expose religion, but rather to use its background to reveal Christ, showing that God’s Son is versus man’s religion. The Christ who is versus religion is not the objective, doctrinal Christ but the subjective, experiential Christ—a revelation seen throughout the book of Galatians. Galatians opens with our being delivered from the present evil age, and it closes with the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ being with our spirit. Come join us next summer at the college training for more revelation of the indwelling Christ and escape from the current course of the religious world!
