Troubleshooting

I have joined the meeting, but I can’t hear anything:

  • Make sure you join using your device's audio
  • Try exiting and rejoining the zoom call
  • Restart your device and rejoin the zoom call
  • Reinstall zoom

My audio is poor or choppy:

  • Try rejoining the zoom call
  • Stop your webcam video to improve internet connection
  • Quit other applications that are using internet bandwidth

My microphone isn’t working:
