I have joined the meeting, but I can’t hear anything:
- Make sure you join using your device's audio
- Try exiting and rejoining the zoom call
- Restart your device and rejoin the zoom call
- Reinstall zoom
My audio is poor or choppy:
- Try rejoining the zoom call
- Stop your webcam video to improve internet connection
- Quit other applications that are using internet bandwidth
