Before you arrive for the North America College Training (NACT) please read through this information:

Arriving to UIUC & Parking
You are required to arrange your own transportation to UIUC. This will not be arranged by the college training.

Arriving by Car
Park in lot E24 (see map), leave your luggage in your car, and follow signs and directions of the ushers to check-in at the Student Dining and Residential Programs Building (SDRP) (301 E Gregory Dr, Champaign, IL 61820).

Arriving by Peoria Charter
The Peoria Charter bus will bring you to the Armory stop (see map).

Follow the signs and directions of the ushers to check-in at the Student Dining and Residential Programs Building (SDRP) (301 E Gregory Dr, Champaign, IL 61820).

Arriving by Amtrak
Amtrak will bring you to the Champaign-Urbana, Illinois stop. From there you can take the 100 bus from the Illinois Terminal (Platform C) to the Gregory at Ikenberry Commons (North) stop (see map).

The walk from Gregory at Ikenberry Commons (North) to check-in at the Student Dining and Residential Programs Building (SDRP) (301 E Gregory Dr, Champaign, IL 61820) is approximately 1 minute.

Flying into the Willard Airport
If you fly into the Willard Airport in Champaign, please arrange your own transportation (Uber or Lyft) to the Student Dining and Residential Programs Building (SDRP) (301 E Gregory Dr, Champaign, IL 61820) to check-in.

Arriving by Greyhound
Greyhound will bring you to the Champaign (E) stop. From there you can take the 14 bus from the Kirby & Mullikan stop to the First & Gregory stop (see map).
​
The walk from First & Gregory to check-in at the Student Dining and Residential Programs Building (SDRP) (301 E Gregory Dr, Champaign, IL 61820) is approximately 5 minutes.

Parking After Check-in
We have rented designated lots for the week of the NACT. You can find them on these maps:
No parking permits are needed to use these lots.
Lord's Day Evening Schedule
Dinner
Dinner will be served in the Ikenberry Dining Hall (4:45 – 7:45 PM) and PAR Dining Hall (4:45 – 6:45 PM).

Lunch will NOT be provided by the training on Lord's day, July 16.
Evening Meeting @ 7:30 PM
For all trainees: The meeting is in the State Farm Center (SFC) @ 7:30 PM. The SFC is a 15 minute walk from the Ikenberry Dining Hall and 25 minutes from the PAR dining hall.

Doors to SFC open at 6:45 PM.
​
Enter SFC from the WEST side.
Packing List
Things to Bring:

​Recreation attire: Shorts, jeans, and T-shirts with writing may be worn during recreation only. Still consider others in how you dress, maintaining a sense of modesty and propriety.

Comfortable walking shoes

Personal toiletries including sunscreen, insect repellant, and any necessary medications

Hand soap and hand towel

Bible (Old & New Testament)

Writing instruments (pen, highlighter, etc.)

Dress Code
-
At all times dress in a way that would not distract others from the enjoyment of the Spirit.

No sleeveless shirts, t-shirts with writing or sleeveless dresses during the meetings.

No pajamas, lounge wear, or clothing that is low cut or uncovering during the meetings.

During the meetings, all sisters and brothers should dress properly in the Lord.

No shorts, jeans, leggings can be worn during the meetings. Dress in a way that would not distract others from the enjoyment of the Spirit.
